I don't have any specifics on an International TerraStar but I do know a lot of these types of trucks use a 24 volt electrical system which will not work with most electric trailer brake controllers. However, we do have one that will work with 24 volt electrical systems as well as 12 volt electrical systems in the Redarc Tow-Pro Elite Trailer Brake Controller part # RED44FR. The Redarc Tow-Pro Elite is actually a really great option because in addition to the 24 volt compatibility has both... view full answer...
Medium to heavy duty trucks like your 2012 International TerraStar can have a different kind of 7-Way trailer connector on them than what RVs and other passenger vehicles have which could be what that 08HAG Electric Trailer Brake/Lighting Separate is indicating. Basically the functions of the pins in the connectors are different. A lot of times in these situations we recommend adding a second 7-Way to the truck that is pinned out the regular RV way, see picture.

The Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar and Axle Plate Kit if you don't have autochains # RM-1179-112-00 is the correct fit for your chassis and if you do have autochains, then # RM-1179-112 is the correct fit. This anti-sway bar will install behind the rear axle, but is designed to work with the air bag system so it does not interfere. I've attached a photo of the installation instructions that clearly show the air bag as well as the fit. view full answer...
The range of the Curt Echo Mobile brake controller part # C51180 is listed as 50 feet. You shouldn't have any issue with a 33 foot RV. view full answer...
I reached out to Timbren and confirmed that the Timbren Suspension Enhancement System - Rear Axle # TITR100 is a confirmed fit for newer models as well, so they will fit your New Nexus 33SC Motorhome with Terra Star Chassis. These rubber spings sit above the rear axle to help stabilize and level your motorhome. They provide comfort by absorbing road shock and improving roll stability. They simply bolt onto your frame and become more rigid as more weight is added.

The best suspension modification you can make for an RV is a rear sway and for your 2018 Nexus RV that is on a 2017 2016 TerraStar International chassis you would want the rear sway bar part # RM-1179-112.
Next in line would be going with an aftermarket front sway bar. For that you would want the part # RM-1179-124 which is also a confirmed fit. view full answer...
For your application I recommend the Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Service Body Trailer Hitch Receiver # 41990-07 because it's a weld-on hitch with brackets that can be adjusted to fit different frame widths, and it has a 16K towing capacity so it gets you the 10K you're looking for.
Since this is a universal fitment you'll need to check to make sure this fits the frame style on your 2015 International Trucks Terrastar chassis as I don't have a way to confirm this. view full answer...
We have confirmed with Roadmaster that the sway bar part # RM-1179-124 that you referenced does fit the 2016 International Trucks Terrastar chassis like what you have on your Nexus Phantom 33SC. view full answer...
